Water’s Edge is a another Venture of Waters Edge Restaurant Canberra owner Will. Will’ comes from hospitality background with extensive 18 years experience. Will’ is the Managing Director and Chef Owner of Waters Egde Canberra and Water Edge Batemans Bay. Since establishing Waters Edge Cnaberra and Waters Edge Batemans Bay, Will’ expertise in Modern Australian food industry is extensive. Will’ has worked with many reputed establishment as Restaurateur, such as Eastlake Group Canberra, Temora RSL, Condobolin RSL, Narromine RSL, Belconnen Soccer Club and Parkes Leagues Club for several years.
