I loved my meal at The Waters' Edge. From the incredibly flavoursome pumpkin soup sample, to the perfectly textured pistachio mousse, this was one of the best meals I've had in years. Friendly, efficient service, a good, affordable wine list, calming music all helped this be a relaxing and comfortable experience. The $75 3 course lunch was excellent value, with a delicious palate cleanser sorbet. I'll come again the next chance I get. We had my 70th birthday lunch today at Waters Edge Restaurant. The food was fabulous, the service immaculate, and the ambience lovely. The extra touches (complimentary soup before entree and sorbet before dessert) were greatly appreciated by us all. It is also worth commenting that the fixed price option (2 or 3 courses) were very reasonably priced as was the extensive wine list.
